1. Buttermilk : masala chaas, a great pre & probiotic…take 1/2 cup curd, 1 cup water, add cumin, black pepper, 1/2”ginger, 4-5 mint leaves, rock salt to taste, blend. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Take 1 tbsp coriander, 1/2 tsp fennel
seeds, 10 curry leaves, 5 mint leaves and
