UPDATE: @JocelynBenson's spokesperson sent us a long statement on the modem/result issues in Wayne and other counties.
TLDR; Counties simply aren't using modems anymore and weren't planning to this election out of an abundance of caution and advice. They knew it would take longer they just didn't say anything...

NEW: Wayne Co. confirms they're having issues with their modems. they can't send in their results because they use AT&T, which stopped supporting 3G in the spring. The modems didn't upgrade to 4G or 5G so the results are being driven in.
In this, the year 2022.
Wayne Co. says 65 counties are also having this issue, deciding not to upgrade their modems at the advice of the Voluntary Voting Systems Guideline 2.0 issued by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.

At the testimony hearing for the bill that would ban employer vaccine mandates, Chair Beth Griffin says people have called her office in tears and calls reporting about the vaccine, "one sided and censored" about "emerging" covid science 1/
She's also said repeatedly that both the vaccinated and unvaccinated can catch and spread the virus, implying that the vaccines don't work. They do. We know they do. They also prevent you know... death.

Fink says Wood was served and was given full knowledge of this case, including the motion for sanctions. He also says Wood told a court in Delaware and online that he was part of this case.
The Judge asks Wood why he didn't feel the need to notify her or the court that he didn't feel that he should be on this case. Wood says the Court should have known based on his lack of motions. There is a testy back and forth here.
