Today marks 10 years since I first became a professional game dev.

10 years ago I started my internship at LucasArts working on Star Wars: 1313, just a few days before it was revealed to the world.

In the decade since I've been blessed enough to live out my game dev dreams. 1/8 ImageImage I've been briefed on and worked on consoles before they were announced, I've been to E3 and GDC multiple times and had demoes I worked on appear on stage in front of thousands in person and many more streaming.

Okay. It's that time again.
So I'm testing something. Before this year I hadn't read the books & imo the theatrical releases are better/more enjoyable to watch. Well now I've read the books & I want to give the extended editions another chance.
I'll let you know what I think. Image I will admit, this isn't a true test because I don't have anyone watching with me to tell me about how Viggo broke his toe when he kicked that helmet...

Just went through & figured out the whole Fast and Furious timeline.

It makes no sense, but was fun.

F9 canonically takes place in either 2013 or 2017.

There's some discrepancies but most evidence in the later movies points towards the official canon being 2017.
#F9 #Family Fast and Furious Facts:
Letty is canonically ~10 years younger than the rest of the crew. This doesn't make sense given some dialog, but her grave marker from 4 and 7 both show this.
