Anti-gunners are trying to amend the bill to reauthorize the Undetectable Firearms Act ⤵️ BACKGROUND: The Undetectable Firearms Act, was passed in 1988 in response to no particular threat and has been useless during its 35 years of existence. 🙄

However, it affects every polymer firearm and does pose a threat to gun owners legally owned firearms.

President Biden (@POTUS) announced an executive order to implement backdoor universal background registration checks (UBCs) WITHOUT CONGRESS OR A NEW LAW. 😠

This is a direct violation of the Constitution & will do NOTHING to keep firearms out of the hands of criminals. Data shows that a majority of denied NICS background checks are FALSE POSITIVES.

But yeah, let’s do MORE background checks through a failed and failing system and delay law abiding citizens access to firearms. Government logic. 🙄

GOA leaked @ATFHQ's internal guidelines with @foxnews that shows the agency is unfairly targeting federal firearms licensees. This policy is known as the "zero tolerance" policy, and it is shutting down gun stores left and right.

The policy says the ATF "has zero tolerance for willful violations that greatly affect public safety and ATF’s ability to trace firearms recovered in violent crimes," and that "revocation" of the FFL’s license "is the assumed action" with first-time violations.

ICYMI: The FBI has been utilizing a secret, unauthorized form to potentially pressure citizens into giving up their right to own or purchase firearms. Gun Owners of America found out about these gross violations of Americans' Second Amendment rights and sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray demanding answers for their unconstitutional actions.

ICYMI: The Biden Admin and the ATF are attempting to force gun owners into registering any firearms with a brace WITH an NFA Form 1. Faced with jailtime of up to 10 years & a $250k fine, these gun owners will have to submit all their info to the gov including their name, SS Number, address, phone number, email, credit card number, & fingerprints as well as the make, model, and serial number of their firearm.

ICYMI: @POTUS hosted a press conference in PA to talk about "Reducing Gun Violence." As usual he rambled about deer in kevlar and needing F-15s while advocating for the disarmament of millions of Americans. Biden: "I'm determined to ban assault weapons in this country!"

Also Biden: "It's not about taking away anyone's guns. In fact, we should be treating responsible gun owners as examples of how every gun owner should behave."

Ok. So why are you trying to disarm us?
