There's been interesting debate around this proposal.Thoughts:
👉🏻It obvs comes from a 'good place'
👉🏼It does feel clunky to ask #BAME staff to develop solutions & strategic insight to solve problems not of their making.
👉🏾Such forums can lack clarity imho england.nhs.uk/blog/allied-he… 👉🏽Is it for #BAME staff to join & offer insight & share their stories?
👉🏾Or is it for all staff to come together & develop solutions?
👉🏿It states it will provide "a #BAME perspective, but then states it is open to all.
