Have you heard the news yet? Yesterday, Judge Amit Mehta dismissed @HinduAmerican’s defamation lawsuit against our co-founders Sunita Viswanath, Raju Rajagopal, and 3 other US activists who speak out against the political ideology of Hindu nationalism.

In other words: WE WON!🎉 In May 2021, @HinduAmerican filed a lawsuit against HfHR's co-founders, @SunitaSunitaV and Raju Rajagopal, and 3 other defendants (@rasheedahmedusa, @john_prabhudoss, and @AudreyTruschke) with baseless accusations of "defamation and conspiracy to defame" HAF.

BREAKING: This morning, right-wing Hindu American organizations held an event on #Kashmir near the U.S. Capitol this morning without any Kashmiri Muslim speakers, instead serving as a gathering for far-right individuals and organizations.
