Of 2,000 asylum seekers in this camp, only 40-50 get full meals each day.

They share 2 wooden shower stalls, 10 toilets, and have no cleaning supplies.

They’re living outside, exposed to the elements, without running water and limited food.
texastribune.org/2019/10/25/con… Iris and her baby have been living at this camp since July.

She was turned away from the US by CBP, assured that she and her child would be able to live in a shelter.

Since the beginning of the Trump Admin, @DHSgov has abused their power and stolen millions from critical national security projects & accounts to fund Trump’s deportation agenda in @ICEgov. .@realDonaldTrump,

Thanks, but no thanks.

I decline your invitation to attend your Hispanic Heritage Month White House reception.

Your rhetoric, actions & policies betray the values upon which #HHM was founded.

Let me explain...

-@RepLujanGrisham Your administration has undermined every bipartisan, bicameral effort we have pursued to help our nation’s Dreamers by making hyper-partisan and radical demands. /2
