Thread: I wrote an article for @CeasefireMag about #Prevent & the upcoming 'review' based on my research w/ @PREVENTwatchUK.

Here are five key points:
1. Reviews & revisions are misnomers for expanding Prevent powers & reach, which is evident when analysing its history. 2. We must not only boycott this Shawcross-led review, we must hold the line at the abolishment of the entire Prevent programme & linked counter-extremism (CE) initiatives - from root to branch it's discriminatory & serves a political agenda; it's not about public safety.
