#COP26 President Sharma asked to close the informal stocktake, but parties asked to take the floor. Guinea, for G-77/China:
- pleased with the Santiago Network functions
- extremely disappointed with a dialogue on loss and damage, but willing to compromise, says the dialogue will have an end goal of establishing a loss & damage facility.

In the informal stocktaking, President Sharma says that there key issues where there is no clarity on a way forward.
He asks parties for their solutions and guidance on how to proceed. #COP26 Russia highlights Article 6 and the transparency framework that need more work.
