39 y/o woman with abnormal uterine bleeding. Endometrial curettage and hysterectomy showed a 1.1 cm lesion on the endometrial surface #gynpath Last known pregnancy was 44 months ago. The lesion had a confluent cellular nodular proliferation of epithelioid cells with necrosis, positive for p63
