Asiwaju started running for President in 2007 without being on the ballot. He stepped out of office into power. He built and nourished institutions and individuals. He created and promoted organizations and occupations. He invested heavily in democracy and democratic platforms.
He created a political character for Lagos as a State. He started small and expanded. From Lagos to South West. He knew that the most important tool of getting to power at d National is to dominate at the subnational. That he did with fervor. His colleagues rode on his coattails.

Going by recent disturbing developments, I believe it's time the Young People continue the Unity in Diversity Conversations more than we already are doing.
I have always believed that since we can hardly change our differences which are religion or region, our tribe or tongue, our customs or costumes then we must devise means to live with our differences, or indeed flourish because of it.

There seems to be an alarming rise in the number of random and sudden deaths across the country. From the old to the young, no one seems to be spared. I think this is quite troublesome, and a genuine cause for concern.
Can these frequent deaths be attributed to the pandemic? Seeing as we aren't under lockdown as we go through the second wave of COVID-19, and a lot of people are not observing the simple preventive measure of wearing masks. Neither are people presenting themselves for testing.
