Adani has planned to reimburse the 4.5 B USD bond issue for financing the Ambuja/ACC aquisition instead of going for a bridge to bond facility which was planned in March2023. What this means is they will pay off the entire 4.5B USD thru from other sources or internal accruals.

Come Monday this will shoot up the prices of the US bonds shorted by Hindenburg and other associated parties. When bond prices shoot up d bond yeild or coupon rates go down. Currently the bonds had gone to 61 cents to the dollar anything beyond 30% to dollar is Junk bonds
