Today, the United States Supreme Court hears arguments in the most consequential abortion rights case in generations.

Abortion access across our nation is on the line. Here’s what the Mississippi Supreme Court case means for Virginia:

Virginia has The Reproductive Health Protection Act already in place. This pivotal law, which I carried with @C_Herring in 2020, made Virginia the first state in the south to proactively remove medically unnecessary restrictions to abortion from state law.
