Ladies and gentlemen, this is, unfortunately, KP's anti corruption department under Brigadier Musaddiq Abbasi.

In response to a high court case filed by me asking for any investigations or cases against me, here is what the anti corruption dept has submitted as part of the public record.

1. A case about the appointment of Dr Ikram Ghani as Chairman of the Board of the Healthcare Commission bribing me for his job. Ikram is a fine senior ex FBR officer who is a medical doctor and had over a decade of experience in BISP and in designing health insurance. His two brothers Inam Ghani (ex IG Punjab) and Ihsan Ghani (ex IG KP and ex DG IB) also have had accomplished careers. I have never known any of them personally.

2. Another case, I'm perplexed how it's even linked to me, is about the alleged sex life of some employee of the health care commission called Badar Munir. Staggeringly, this investigation has been ongoing since November 2023 (date on complaint).

Please do read the quality of the complaints to see if these should belong anywhere other than the waste. Both complaints are attached, and reproduced as they were written in the two follow up tweets.

Two questions:

1. Is this really the quality of complaint on which anti corruption investigations can stay open for years?

2. Also, given that Mr Abbasi served me a 24 point questionnaire of charges that for over a year reportedly he was holding against me (I responded by making both the idiotic charges, and my response, public), if none of it is being investigated, then how were those charges even obtained by Mr Abbasi?

1.Sir, A Charge sheet given under instructions of kp govt to the pti ex minister Mr Taimur Jhagra the unfounded hero of corruption the said charge sheet placed as Annexure A, which is no doubt a clear truthful dishonesty but who cares in Pakistan. 2. That the great loss given to govt funds and amount by Mr Taimur jhagra is as clear as crystal and its appealed as your good self Mr,Imran Khan sahib always talked about gallows for corrupt people you will see how Mr, Taimur Jhagra is garlanded with flowers and his corruption cleared and he given the advisory in kp govt. what a nura khushteh.

That it may be added the super crook as per health para 3 sub para 1 and 5 an ex fbr officer who was medical Dr but never practiced medican.Dr, Ikram as project director foriegn funding and consultant sehat sahulat card should be arrested and charged with his corrupt doings in foriegn funding case and sehat sahulat card for sure he was an accomplice with Mr, Taimur Jhagra.

More over the funds and financial record of khyber pakhtoon kwa health care commission of which Dr, Ikram because of friendship with mr, Taimur jhagra and both corrupt to the nail, the kphcc record should be audited a lot along with other allegations in the charge sheet of corrupt miseries will come out because of the doings of Dr.Ikram kphcc along with his crony the ceo kphcc dental Dr nadim who is also involved in corruption of 3.5 billion rupees corruption case he was director hospitol, ayub teaching hospitol and he was totally involved in corruption bit still at the bribe of 85 lacs Dr ikram and Taimur Jhagra enjoyed the booty and now the corrupt soul dental doctor ceo kphcc nadim Akhtar had to pay Dr ikram ghani 84 lacs more for another extention .what bad and dirty stinking corrupt people, Mr, Imran Khan sahib, now the people of kp are looking with keen eyes how Mr,jhagra and his accomplices save their skin by paying those who matter in the same coins of corruption as they had been corrupted themselves.

Here is yet another constituency in KP, where blatant rigging has been used to overturn a result against PTI's Malik Adnan Khan.

Adnan Khan beat former JUIF Chief Minister Akram Durrani by 37169 to 30361, a lead of almost 7000 votes. No mean feat in the politics of Bannu!

However, by tampering with the result of at least 23 polling stations, the result was overturned. However, again, a trail has been left that cannot be hidden.

Inshallah, Malik Adnan Khan will get justice from the tribunals, but what does this say about those who believe that to fudge election results is the way to make this country prosper?

And let no one claim that anywhere in KP were results fudged for PTI!

On 7 polling stations, a tactic commonly used by ROs, was for the votes of one candidate to be written to another. Malik Adnan Khan's votes were reduced by 1434, by writing his vote tally to the similarly named Malik Ashraf Khan.

The boys behind the rigging also did this on almost every seat; having a similarly named candidate for every PTI candidate on the ballot. In many cases, the names were exactly the same.

🧵 A shocking decision sets aside democracy & the fed parliamentary structure of Pakistan. Staggered to see so many federal & provincial entities become party to delaying elections. Even the Constitution's Art. 218(3) & Election Act's Sections 8(c) & 58 have been misinterpreted. 2. Article 218(3) does not allow the ECP to delay elections. It makes it the duty of the ECP to organise and conduct free and fair elections. Surely, with this judgment, ECP has failed in discharging that duty?

a. No inquiry has been suppressed. In fact, that there was an inquiry is news to me.

And if he was misled, it is his professional duty to man up & say he was wrong. The accusation made is not on me, but on the integrity of the Sehat Card team & State Life.

One of the most significant #KPHealthReforms is the outsourcing model to run dysfunctional hospitals, in particular in far flung areas of KP; this thread describes the transformation in 19 hospitals across ex-FATA, Chitral & Kohistan, and the outstanding results achieved. 2. Govt hospitals will not work in the traditional public sector model in the periphery, across Pakistan.
Doctors do anything to be transferred out; hospitals become full of lower staff hired by politicians; infrastructure is typically abysmal because of complex budget processes.

🧵 Why did IK highlight pensions as an issue we will solve? The issue in KP, costing Rs 107 bln this year, is only the tip of the iceberg. Pension costs across all Pak govts are Rs 1286 bln this year.
Simple reform could save more in a year than all of SS fake austerity measures. 2. The cost of inertia is huge. In 2002-3 the national pension bill was around Rs 25 billion.
It is Rs 1286 bln today, an increase of over 50x in just 20 years.

What has Imran Khan done for KP health? Despite lies & propaganda by blackmailers & many remaining challenges; KP health system is the most improved in Pakistan.

This is the 2000 bed MTI LRH; it alone treated 200+ patients after the police lines blast. 2. LRH is KP's oldest public sector hospital, built 1926. The story goes that the hospital was the idea Lady Reading, after she fell off a horse on a trip in Peshawar, replacing an Egerton hospital in the same place.
In 2013, facilities needed massive improvement (2nd picture).

1. From a peak of 843 incidents of killing, to just 78 a decade later. That's the difference Imran Khan and PTI helped make to KP. That may answer the question of what happened to the Rs 417 bln. 2. In just 4 years since PTI assumed power in 2013, incidents reduced from a 4 year plateau of 225-250, to 42. A 6x straight line reduction.
Remember, this is your front-line province. The first that bleeds when Pakistan is turbulent. And the one that keeps Pakistan safe.

2. CM @PervezKhattakPK and Health Minister @ShahramKTarakai took the decision to expand the project to below the poverty line recipients in every district of Pakhtunkhwa. The roll out was managed in just over a year, by 2017.
