Culturally, the UK has always *loved* drag. Dame Edna was all over the media when I was growing up. Lily Savage was a mainstream darling.

Drag’s deeply ingrained in British culture. Terfs imported their fearmongering from American fascism, and it’s such an obvious fabrication. Many of these mainstream, daytime TV acts were *steeped* in innuendo, and nobody complained. It wasn’t a problem. The UK loves that shit too.

But now, when it’s convenient, we’re supposed to pretend drag is a new, sexualised, terrifying threat to our innocence.

Piss off.

It was never about “protecting women’s spaces.”

It was never about “protecting children.”

It was never protection. It was always an attack.

As states start trying to ban even adults from transitioning, there’s no more pretending.

They always - only - wanted our death. All the terfs, all the republicans, all the theocrats can drop the act. Stop pretending. You’re in the endgame now and only the willfully stupid & disingenuous could buy the bullshit you’re selling.

Just admit that you hate us. Admit you want us buried. Cowards.

This recent uptick in calling LGBTQ+ people “groomers” is going to end in violence.

It’s the worst kind of rhetoric designed to make bigots feel justified in assaulting, and potentially killing, queer people.

It’s a call to violence and they know it. The rhetoric has always been there, but this recent frenzy is a dangerous new level, desperately trying to panic and horrify the intended audience into direct action.

Self defense for LGBTQ+ people is very very recommended, because it’s very obvious where this is headed.

All these parasitic dickheads are going to *brute force* NFTs onto us. They don’t give the slightest fuck how unpopular they are, they are going to just hammer and hammer until they get what they want and railroad us into acceptance.

We’re not being given a choice to abstain. The investor class decided for us that this is what’s going to happen whether we want it or not. I pray the bubble bursts in their gross little faces, but I’m not expecting anything other than what we always get - another game rigged by grifters that we’re all forced to play.

So as a heads up. Gilson B. Pontes, the terrible game designer, is pretty much aiming to get my YT channel fraudulently removed. He is one false copyright claim away from it.

Obviously this will be challenged, but if there are any issues, be aware this is the reason. It is not a good time for this clownishness and I have no patience for it. This is not 2014, and I have a lot more shit in my life to get on with.

Gilson is fucking with that life because his little feelings got hurt over a fucking review. It's honestly pathetic.

The awareness part of #TransAwarenessWeek can't be understated. If I'd gotten to see any serious discussions or representation growing up, I know it wouldn't have taken over 30 years to realize who I was.

People need to see they're not alone, and that their feelings are real. As I've said before, in the UK as a kid, culture had only *just* started to begrudgingly accept bisexuals were real. I didn't *know* about the actual scope of sexuality and gender.

So I just went with boy, even thought it never quite felt right.

"Now is not the time" is a phrase said almost exclusively by people for whom the time will never be good enough to discuss anything important. If *now* is not the time to discuss pay raises for nurses and doctors, not the time to discuss human rights, or disability benefit, or the minimum wage, or protections for low paid but essential workers, then it will never be the time, and that's the point.

There are three things:

1. The algorithm absolutely pushes negative content.
2. YouTube audiences want their fave channels to stick to one thing.
3. Negativity has, and always will, be popular. 1. The algorithm has for a while rewarded anger and harshness. Especially juicy for some YouTubers is stoking drama against other YouTubers, allowing them to get into searches and related content for the people they're attacking. It's a thriving business.

I've been working on a story about Rockstar. Specifically Jeronimo Barrera, the man accused in this article.

From what I've been told, this sounds about right: kotaku.com/former-rocksta… A quote from one of my sources about the man's reputation:

"[He was] the Darth Vader of Rockstar. If the Housers were the Emperor, Berera was the guy they sent in to get shit done.”

This is meant to defuse worry about Tencent and Epic, but it makes *me* worry about the fact one corporation has its hand in a large number of this industry's most influential publishers. "Nevermind the fact" is to suggest that the Epic fears are unfair due to Tencent having stakes in Ubi, ActiBlizz, Riot, etcetera, but that's like... worse.

We're all adults here.

So it shouldn't be a problem provided the children enjoy their children's show for children.

P.S.
It is for children, not adults. Please do get upset because a model train is a girl one, though. It will definitely be an important feeling to have about the children's show for children.

At some point, you gotta look in the mirror and wonder if you'd be at a million subscribers by now if you'd just said "holla atcha boy" more. And maybe, just maybe, I could have thrown more tentacles at scared, confused pedestrians.

You could always have done *more* when you look back.

This shit again. How many more times do I have to inform people that I don't operate a news show? neogaf.com/forum/showpost… My videos go up on Monday. They are well produced and planned. They're not sudden reactions or news stories.
