The Canadian soldiers who landed on Juno Beach came from across the country. The @3CdnDiv made the seaborne assault supported by the 2nd Canadian Armoured Brigade. @CanadianArmy #Juno75 junobeach.org/what-is-d-day-… 2/ Western Canadian infantry battalions stormed ashore at Courseulles-sur-Mer. The tanks of the @1stHussars from London, ON supported the Royal Winnipeg Rifles (@cityofwinnipeg), the Regina Rifle Regiment (@CityofRegina), and the Canadian Scottish Regiment from @CityOfVictoria.
