I'll admit last night after the news of @PresJGZuma which affected me greatly I was slightly more hopeless in my dreams for RSA than I was hopeful.

But last night I opted to turn to wisdom & picked up @MotsohiThabang book, the unending struggle for relevance. To say that I have been reminded of the "Fit for Purpose" Methodology is an understatement...

So I took the liberty to join this spaces on Twitter with the speakers and sought to understand the narratives as put forward by the respective speakers in the session...

Let me be clear that this no attack on GBV or the speakers but a series of observations & questions...

Now before I start you may wonder why would I seek to join an event with speakers I find vehement conflict with.

There are 2 main reasons, one "GBV" as it has come to be known is a serious issue affecting the opportunity for South Africa to be a greater place....

My legal cases now have racked up to around 10 matters.

10. FNB cheque acc (awaiting summons)

11. Body Corporate levies (awaiting summons)

My Fellow South Africans... I need your assistance.

Force Majeure is a legal term which I believe will help many South Africans if we can get @OCJ_RSA to rule that @PresidencyZA #lockdown is an event of Force Majeure.

Had a GOOD conversation with @AskGregory and its lead me to believe that there is opportunity for a service may not like that of @khayadlanga who did have good intentions but one that accomplishes the following:

1. Provides info on court rules & processes 2. Provides legal templates for court pleadings, applications & notices

3. Creates a platform for debate of cases between qualified attorneys, professors & students/citizens

4. Provides sponsoring of printing& sheriffs fees for those who cannot afford it.
