#givingtuesday is just 2 weeks away! At Juvenile Law Center, we believe that young people are experts on their own lives, and their lived experiences should inform policies that affect them. Since 2008, our Youth Advocacy Program has prepared young people to lead advocacy and policy reform efforts in their local communities and beyond. Our youth advocates create projects that THEY believe are important, leading to critical policy change by directly speaking to lawmakers, media outlets, and decision-makers across the country.
