For context, her fetus was diagnosed with a fatal condition, she could lose her uterus if she doesn’t have this abortion, she had to petition a judge to override the Texas abortion ban, the judge tearfully granted her an exception, and Texas’ AG is now threatening her doctor.

Enjoying watching the right act surprised that Donald Trump doesn't actually give a shit about abortion, has no genuinely held beliefs at all, never keeps any promises, and will obviously continue to do whatever he thinks will help him win at any cost
Trump pretended to be super anti-abortion in the 2016 election because there was an empty SCOTUS seat to fill, and evangelicals were motivated to hold their noses and vote for him based on the potential of overturning Roe. It worked, and now abortion is a losing issue for the GOP

It amazes me that so many people still view birth control as equivalent to a pack of condoms. I mean, contraception on its own is worth covering in health insurance, but women are also prescribed birth control for so many medical reasons--ovarian cysts, endometriosis, acne...
