The legislation in Florida known as the "Don't Say Gay" bill is not really about same-sex orientation or same-sex rights. The #EqualityAct is a HUGE departure from the gains achieved in the SCOTUS Bostock ruling & there are meaningful objections to the Act that aren't religious!

Since @RepCicilline/@DavidCicilline introduced it, people ask us "Why is a group dedicated to LGB rights concerned about the Equality Act? What's not to like about a law that protects people from being discriminated against on the basis of sexual orientation?"
