1/ When researching scientists, I once came upon Thomas L. Jennings. Fascinating man, 1st African American to get a patent, basically invented dry cleaning, but it was his daughter Elizabeth Jennings Graham that brought the most change. Here is her story 2/ 1854, Elizabeth Jennings Graham was running late to church, where she was the organist. she boarded a streetcar, and the conductor ordered her to get off. She refused, and first the conductor tried but called on a police officer to eject from the streetcar.

1/ The expression "Put your foot in" means you cooked something exquisite. Seafood gumbo takes a lot of time and prep to do right. I replied the only way I know how. I wrote a children's story about his Ark Encounter. Here it is... 1/ Kenny knew that a flood was coming and that he should build a boat.

1/ I cooked Shrimp Creole tonight. One day my girlfriend was sick. I made her Shrimp Creole. She married me not long after that. It is easy! 2/ Cut up 1 large yellow onion, and 1 bunch of green onions. Have em ready. Everybody goes overboard with the vegetables in Creole. No need.
