President-elect @JoeBiden begins his remarks on the year's last jobs report noting that the November numbers are "grim" and showed a "stalling" economy

He reminds that this month's report reflects numbers before the expected Thanksgiving virus surge "as we head into dark winter" @JoeBiden .@JoeBiden warns that if "Congress and Pres. Trump fail to act by the end of December, 12 million Americans will lose their unemployment benefits they've relied on."

"Merry Christmas," he said sarcastically. "If we don’t act now, the future will be bleak."

“His reckless personal conduct since his diagnosis has been unconscionable,” he said.

.@JoeBiden is visiting Bethel AME Church in his hometown of Wilmington to have a conversation with community leaders following the nationwide protests that stemmed from the death of #GeorgeFloyd @JoeBiden Biden listens and takes notes while members of the Wilmington community take turns asking him questions, including how he'll help revitalize housing in his city to his perspective on the differences between today's riots and those during the 1960s.

NEW: At his second virtual fundraiser today, @JoeBiden announced he's already putting together a transition team to vet cabinet members, brainstorm possible new cabinet positions and add talent throughout departments. Biden said discussions are underway to see whether several Obama White House offices like technology policy and pandemics should be elevated to cabinet level positions. His transition team would discuss that as well as making a climate change position that goes beyond the EPA.

It is widely striking the difference in which @JoeBiden and @MikeBloomberg are being received at the Brown AME Church service commemorating the 55th anniversary of Bloody Sunday. Before taking the stage, Rev. Leondis Strong pointed out that Bloomberg declined his initial invitation to speak because he was “busy defeating Donald Trump”

He later interrupted Bloomberg to clarify that he thinks it’s important he came because “it shows willingness..to change”
