One addition: @CorinnaBaldauf In terms of "queue management" I like to differentiate between two types of "I want to speak".

1. I want to speak in reaction to an impulse that someone put in the group. So someone says: "I think, we should do X, what do you think?" and I raise my hand to respond to that.

This is interesting research: For a modern #mindfulness practice, having a community and a teacher might be much more important than previously thought.
