Politics aside, this is a thread about fundamental RIGHTS everyone has, DUTIES public authorities have (they have no rights vis-a-vis the public), what you must not do and what you the law requires in all your ENCOUNTERS with the police and any other public authority. KEMSA INVESTIGATION REPORT
Like the yet to be published "investigation" reports on the assassinations of Pio Gama Pinto, Argwings Kodhek, Tom Mboya, JM Kariuki, George Morara, Robert Ouko, Father Kaiser, Alexander Muge and Masinde Muliro, the KEMSA REPORT hides the REAL CULPRITS. The KEMSA looting was a carbon-copy of the NYS HEIST, but with a caveat: Whereas the NYS robberies were carried out with CRUDE WEAPONS such as GUNIAS/gunny sacks, the KEMSA crimes were done with ELECTRONIC WIRE TRANSFERS and cheques.

Before I expose the ROBBERIES at #KEMSA, let me say this. We can eradicate poverty afflicting Kenyans by RETURNING the Kshs 2.5 TRILLION stashed in #PandoraPapers abroad, distribute 1 BILLION per 50 million Kenyans and still remain with enough to make Kenya a 1st World country. Next would be to REPATRIATE and INVEST the TRILLIONS of Shillings that were stolen and converted into PERSONAL wealth portfolios by the Moi, Kenyatta, Njonjo, Nyachae, Biwott, Mungai, Kulei, Odinga and other Mafia families that have ROBBED Kenyans of their future and wealth.

STRANGE HISTORICAL LESSONS

From 1950s to 1964, Daniel Moi was in KADU, which was a FEDERALIST/MAJIMBO Party. Odinga was a pillar of KANU, a UNIONIST party. By 1978, Moi became Kenya's second president. Odinga was in political no-man's land. #AnyoneButRaila #AnyoneButKenyatta From 1963 to 1992, Mwai Kibaki was in KANU and rose to become KANU's and Kenya's Vice-President. At the height of the multi-party struggles, Kibaki publicly stated that KANU was a Mugumo Tree that multi-party champions would not "cut down with a razorblade."

The contrived balderdash splashed as "tributes" to Africa's worst neocolonial lackey, Charles Njonjo, EXPOSES why Kenya's so-called civil society, literati, lawyers and media could never have mid-wifed genuine transformation from ONE-PARTY TYRANNY to MULTI-PARTY democracy. I've seen some misguided chatterers asking why we "didn't expose Njonjo while he was alive." Some of us actually did - repeatedly - in newspaper articles and books, in our teens. But we did more than that - we CONFRONTED Daniel arap Moi and the ENTIRE neocolonial SYSTEM.

In 2003, John Michuki, the man whom the British, Kenyatta and Moi regimes used to crash the bones of Kikuyu peasants, CONFESSED that the Mount Kenya Mafia PRETENDED to agitate for a new Katiba in the 1990s to RETURN power to the House of Mumbi. Same scheme with the RAILA PROJECT. The Jomo Kenyatta, Kibaki and Uhuru Kenyatta regimes lasted for 35 years but did not benefit tens of millions of Kikuyu peasants and workers. Their regimes grabbed land belonging to most Kikuyus and rendered their own people destitutes. The same way the RAILA PROJECT will.

As Freedom Fighters mourn Tom Okwach who is buried alive in Abimbo Mines, Bondo, OLIGARCHS are mourning Charles Njonjo, a man who spent 100 years of his life abusing, degrading and torturing Africans. Njonjo became Kenya's Attorney General without being a qualified Advocate. To be an advocate in a commonwealth country like Kenya, one had to have graduated from a recognized law school in commonwealth with a common law degree. Njonjo had taken ROMAN LAW courses at Fort Hare University, South Africa, without graduating but became AG because of his tribe

When conman @RailaOdinga was Prime Minister of Kenya and despot Uhuru Kenyatta was his deputy, they introduced KAZI KWA VIJANA, PESA KWA WAZEE. About 15,000 hungry youth were given PANGAS to cut grass along roads and highways. KES25 BILLION was then STASHED ABROAD. #UhuruMustFall Why didn't they introduce the HIGH-TECH JOBS between 2008 and 2013 when they claim that they controlled the TREASURY and the Government?
