When you enter the library one of the first things you'll be able to do is return your books via a self service kiosk. Here is a handy video on how to do so: Then you'll be able to browse via our one way system. You can now issue books as you browse via the Spydus mobile app:

It's #LibrariesWeek - and we have a few facts about our wonderful Children's Libraries for you! Did you know Norwich created its first separate juvenile library in 1889? Books were sent in boxes to schools ready for teachers - a bit like an old school version of @NorfolkELS! In 1921 a new Children's Library was created where librarians taught lessons to children, and issues of children's books rose to 41k a year. In '52 the Children's Library was relocated to a brighter and more spacious area showing how seriously Norwich took children's literature!
