All done! And I've got a link the a thread that explains the amendments in a quick and concise manner, and that same person basically finished up the judges for me. I'm going to do a little more looking, but based on what he said on the amendments, I believe his judgment. Update: Found this on judge Julia Pusateri Lasater that makes me inclined to vote NO:
