#1/ A Monday morning tweetorial – on resistant CMV. Had a crash course in this while taking care of a pt with progressive resistance. All slides mine. #2/ What is CMV? It’s a betaherpesvirus, related to HSV/VZV, EBV, and HHV6/7/8. All of them establish lifelong latency – once you have them, you have them.
