🚨🚨BOMBSHELL DEVELOPMENT: An Arlington detective testified today that registered sex offender Richard Cox, who says he is a woman and was allowed to use Fairfax County women’s locker rooms, had Fairfax County rec center CHILDREN’S swim class schedules ON HIS PHONE, so he knew WHEN KIDS would be at the rec centers he visited.

Despite that, Fairfax County leaders (Police Chief Kevin Davis and Commonwealth’s Attorney Steve Descano) refused to charge Cox for allegedly exposing himself to women and girls in women’s locker rooms at three Fairfax County rec centers.

Today, the Arlington detective also testified she found child porn and child abuse material on Cox’s phone.

An Arlington prosecutor said this speaks to Cox’s motive to why he visited girls locker rooms.
