DPP, Noordin Haji, wants 6 foreigners who were convicted last Friday for trafficking in Ksh 1.3 billion of heroin sentenced to life imprisonment and pay a fine equivalent of 3 times the market value of the drug. #HakiNaUsawa #StopTOC DPP through SADPP, Alexander Muteti, urged the Mombasa Chief Magistrate, Hon. Martha Mutuku, to impose such a sentence as a deterrence to both citizens and foreigners from engaging in such a trade.
