DATKEM Plaza Is An Illegal Structure, Contravenes Ogun Physical Planning Laws

Ogun State Government on Sunday said DATKEM Plaza, Ijebu Ode is an illegal structure without an approved plan. Image The structure, the state government added, also contravened the state’s physical planning laws.

The government, in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Engr. Olayiwola Abiodun said the structure violated the building codes of the state with numerous defects.
