It's honestly ok not to know what you want in life. Everyone's life isn't going to run the same script. You are not alone. Everyone's life is really a series of trial and error. Just that we publish much of our successes than our failures.
In life, your purpose or destination is 10. And there are several ways to get there.
Eg. 1+9, 8+2, 6+4, 5+5 all equals 10 respectively. But this is only one way to purpose.

Depressed people don't need religious sermons. They are alternating between reality and fantasy. They need something concrete. Something to hold on to. Not hope in the ways we peddle it

They don't need "It is well" "Just believe" "God will do it" etc.
They don't need "Be grateful, your mates are dead/sick/in prison..."
Trust me, they are not concerned about others at that point. They just want to find meaning and peace with themselves #MentalHealthAwareness
