My future is abstract, I see it, I feel it, I will enter knowing God has gone before me and paved my path with Love.

Good mid morning. In today's news, schools are set to open for exam classes only. Some next week, others end of Sept. Many govt &rural schools are still charging fees in ZWL. 3rd term fees are $10 gvt fee, levies range from ZWL200-800. That's US$0.12, levy US$2.5-$10🤨
Meanwhile pvt schools are charging from $450 - $4k. Parents from both are protesting. Gvt schools because there is no way PPE, sanitizers, operational costs, etc at $10 per child to last 3months? The pvt school parents feel ripped off. They would like at least a 30% discount...

#TrueStory some1 said..."have you ever met some1 &disliked them instantly. Not that they have done/said anything offensive, they just have an aura that makes you hate them." I gave them a blank stare &they said "that's how I feel about you." Ini ah. Yayish. I dont even know them
I just kept quiet and carried on waiting in the queue. But then I kept thinking is there something about the way I'm dressed, or do I look weird. I mean who does that, from nowhere, unprovoked. Anyway, she decided to change queues, after I didn't respond. I'm still shocked.

1. Been trying to self isolate after Gogo's funeral. Let's just say as a mother and wife without a helper it can't, not a chance😔 my 2 little ones are huggers, they love to tell me nyaya and jokes. Been trying to teach them the elbow greeting / first bump...it ain't happening...
2. Every morning they make breakfast, but I still make lunch &supper &clean the house& I'm still the referee. So I challenged them. Said "pretend I'm not here for 2 days". I packed my snacks, kettle, steamer, juice etc. They fought a lot &played. 3pm they knocked "we're hungry"

We have people who believe that 1. Covid19 is just a flue & it's better if we all get it & be done with it 2. Covid19 is real, but it happens to others, it could never be them 3. Covid19 is real but we're all going to die anyway, so live it up
They see the numbers tho....
We have those that believe that 4. Covid19 is a huge masterplan to reduce the world's population and bring in the one world order 5. Covid19 is a precursor of worse things to come 6. Covid19 is part of the prophecies in Revelations
They are preparing for the after life...

Its Friday. 1.09. I cant sleep, so lemme party. #Level42, Lessons in Love.
Not. Everyone. Is. Meant. To. Be. An. Entreprenuer! and please Don't confuse it with Self Employment! The point is businesses must try to remunerate their employees fairly. Some people thrive as employees but are dismal as a business owners. Financial security motivates many..
There are employees that are living the life, have bought property, travel, education paid for &have money put aside for a rainy day, there are entrepreneurs who are struggling, because they were told it's the way to go, but it's not in them. To each their own. Ndapedza hangu😎

#CovidinZim..Sitting here thinking, going into winter season, will we be ok? The figures are low, but are they a true picture of what's on the ground. Cambridge has already cancelled its June exams, I think Zimsec should follow suit & end of year exams pushed to mid/end Nov...
#CovidinZim the school term should begin in 3rd term for all, but Gr 7, form 4, Upper 6 students should be allowed to return to school under stringent conditions in June. From June to August, the rest of the children could be assigned weekly homework, which teachers mark &correct
Early in the morning, I put breakfast on your table, I make sure that your coffee has its sugar and cream
Clue, was once an anthem for ladies😂 not an actual anthem🙄

Ladies, there's a little kanyana mineral called #Calcium, make sure you get enough of it, coz deficiency will cause havoc in your body..extreme chaos. From oesteoporosis (brittle bones) dental issues, cataracts (clouding of eyes), cramping &numbness, fatigue, seizures, depression
Ladies, Low #Calcium can also affect the brain. Its a mineral necessary for building bones, enabling blood to clot, muscle contraction, and for our heart to beat. Try to get natural sources in dairy, beans, egg yolk, broccoli, green veges, for us oldies about +800mg a day.

True story, was once engaged to a Ndebele, his mom and his uncles refused to speak to me in Shona or English. They would tell him to that I either had to learn their language and culture or he should marry a Ndebele lady. So I started learning, and still they were not happy.🤣
It's the same the other way round to. When my friend, a shona, wanted to marry a ndebele lady, his family kept trying to push him to marry a shona girl from their village. In the end they married in court and relocated. He's in SA. That's how hectic it was.

My friends late mother lived alone in her house but on her property she had a gardener. They made a pact that everyday by 10am they shld have seen each other. If 4 some reason one failed to see the other, he/she was to purposefully make an effort to find whoever hadnt clocked in
So one day at 10am,my friends mum had not "clocked in", the gardener knocked &got no reply, he had a spare key & just as he was opening the door she came out looking very ashen & in pain. She greeted him hurriedly &left. She never came back home, she passed on at a cousins house

If you want to know what's going on with your little ones & asking them straight up isnt working, rather ask them to draw pics or write stories. Don't prompt them, just let them do. Read/look at their work &ask them to share what its about. Do that often &you'll pick up something
My daughter at one time became so clingy and was always in our room, refusing to sleep alone, but if I asked she couldn't say. So I asked her to draw pictures &write stories. Turns out that the passing of my Dad &brother within 2months scared her, she was worried I might be next

Watched #AFallFromGrace on Netflix, and despite the many many plot holes, it had me feeling some kinda way. There's a scene where she comes home &catches her man in bed with another woman & they continue. My late friend's husband did that to her, she tried to commit suicide 😔
Long story short, my friend left her house, to go to work. Her hubby was home. She forgot something at home, so went back &the maid kept blocking her &asking if she cld get what she wanted. Anyway goes to her room, her man was there with another woman, &he didn't stop...

Talking to Gogo from Avondale flea market (the lady with the huge space that sells ladies clothes). She has allowed me to share that she has breast cancer and is undergoing treatment. She said she wishes she could tell young people to take check-ups seriously, especially men
She said it pains her to see young people with stage 3 / stage 4 cancer when early detection is possible. She said people should prioritize screening. She is a strong woman. She has been going for treatment for over 6 months now, but vows to get up and go no matter how painful..

#AllLivesMatter, writes prescription and asks woman to buy. She goes gets quotes, returns empty handed, breaks down, single mum (maid), can't even afford to buy paracet. Doc is present, but can't do anything. Feels bad, refers her to a pvt clinic. Gives her a letter. Off she goes

A thread. #TeenageSuicides, My gardeners 16 yr old niece passed on after taking poison. Apparently her Mum shouted at her the day before. So she took the poison, packed it in her school bag and left for school. She then drank it at school in the toilet and was found still alive.
#TeenageSuicides, they rushed her to the nearest clinic and then to hospital, and the nurses managed to rescusitate her. But nothing that further that could be done because there were no doctors. And even if they were, the hospital was ill equipped. So she died as a result.

So in my ignorance, I asked someone who came in second after #Eluidkipchoge 🙈🙈🙈. Anyway after blank stares, horrified looks and lots of laughter (ndasekwa heyi). I googled to save my dignity. Very interesting..Apparently Ineos, owned by Jim Ratcliffe, spent £15m on the event
#eliudkipchoge ran a consistent pace set for 1hour 59 minutes set an electric timing car and pacemakers of on avg 2:50min/KM throughout the race.

Lady telling me about how she built her business. Says her Dad left her mum when she was young because she kept "having" girls. She was chased away like a dog, she said from that her mum dealt with it by keeping very busy. No one was allowed to be idle, only when asleep ...
She said her mum taught them how to knit, sew, make peanut butter, grow crop, look after chickens, sell goods pa road. They were always busy. They managed to finish school, went to vocational schools &all 3 sisters are entrepreneurs. Her mum never remarried & is still always busy

Anyhoo, my Gogo, great gran, 95 thereabouts was telling me of a clan that didn't allow families to keep twins. One child had to be killed because it was taboo. She also said that same clan would sacrifice the 1st child if a girl, to their "ancestors" so they would have a boy next
I've decided to ask for her consent to record her talking next time &write a book. She's had an interesting life. I will of course try to research &verify some things. She once told me that her husband made coffins, & the one time they kept one under their bed, he died #mashura
