The three-minute spaces will allow all for a shared parking space while still providing high-turnover parking in front of hotel entrances. Hotels with valets may be allowed up to 20 minutes when a valid valet slip is on the vehicle’s dash. As part of the SW Broadway Bike Improvements, the bureau will install protected bike lanes between SW Oak and Clay Streets, upgrade traffic signals, and implement parking changes.

1: E-scooters must be WALKED on sidewalks. Riding is only allowed in bike and travel lanes.
