I was 12 years old when I watched as a man’s wife ran into the restaurant I was at, yelling inside to all, “somebody, please help my husband!”

I saw the man slumped over his steering wheel in the parking lot (likely a sudden cardiac arrest).

I had no idea what to do.

And, I also knew that that horrible feeling, and not knowing what to do, would NEVER happen again.

On April 19th I enter my 34th year as a #Paramedic. Helping others in the time of most need has been so rewarding.
