Needs to be charged: PA Lancaster Chief Deputy Clerk Lisa Dart

Dart has been denying students the right to register to vote.

Up to 30% of 260 students had their registrations (often from September) not acted on. Furthermore, this clerk lied about the requirements.

These registrations need to be remedied and she needs to be charged. X is not letting me post the article (5 tries).

X owner is also potentially violating the law to the same end in PA. Image

Penzeys being bombarded w/ hate after @VP was seen hugging people, which got Fox to read from their website: "Going forward, we would still be glad to have you as customers, but we're done pretending the Republican Party's embrace of cruelty, racism, COVID lies, climate change denial, and threats to democracy are anything other than the risks they legitimately are." Penzeys says in an email: “There you go. Friday starts like a normal day. Saturday the future President of the United States hugged our customers in our Pittsburgh store. Sunday the words I so wanted every Fox viewer to hear being read on Fox, by Fox straight to all their viewers. What a weekend.”

Some Democratic Senators appear to have chosen to bow to threats to pull $$$ support from Tom Strickler over their own voters.

He’s told them they must call publicly for Biden to step down or they’re not getting $.

(Strickler founded WME, represents some MSNBC hosts.) From another corner, California Dems are catering to crypto & tech bros who want the FEC off their backs.

So a lot of whats going on is coming from elites, as we’ve been writing from the beginning. Elites trying to override the Dem base. A battle of $$$ versus Votes.

Biden gets a double question on two different topics, remembers each question, keeps them separate, and doubles back to answer. This is not a president in decline. Compare, although to be fair Trump didn’t spend the day governing, holding meetings, or negotiating, and he’s not taking questions from a very angry press corp.

Biden debunks GOP lies about Ukraine, "There are more than 50 countries helping Ukraine with assistance. The US has put up $75 billion. Our allies have put up $100 billion. And more than 90% is being spent in the US to provide weapons for Ukraine and replenish our stockpiles " Related: Biden admin debunks all of the House Republican arguments against funding for Ukraine. It shows where the money has gone, and why the funds are vital to US national security.

The streaming era seems ready to collapse, every single app has consistent tech issues while raising their prices. Let’s just run thru a few. Hulu doesn’t load, most of the time. Netflix shuts down when paused for over a few minutes. Max won’t cast. Apple doesn’t play well with anyone else so can’t be cast easily.

POTUS: “I want to be clear: we should never have been in this position in the first place. Just a few months ago, Speaker McCarthy & I reached a budget agreement to avoid precisely this type of manufactured crisis.“ 1/2 “For weeks, extreme House Republicans tried to walk away from that deal by demanding drastic cuts that would have been devastating for millions of Americans. They failed.”

A former Trump DHS Assistant Secretary for Counterterrorism told ABC of the second Trump indictment, "This causes people to die."

politicususa.com/2023/06/11/for… via @politicususa This isn't new behavior from Trump. "in 2017, while president, Trump 'revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador' which current and former U.S. officials said 'jeopardized a critical source of intelligence on the Islamic State.'"

President Joe Biden ordered increased vigilance against Chinese spy efforts.

That’s how U.S. Intel com found out about the Chinese spy balloons during Trump admin.

Why did Biden think he needed to do this after Trump’s term? That’s the question. As I wrote last night, we need to view this in context of Trump’s secret Chinese bank account during his presidency as well.

I was right about who Democrats would pick for 2020 1 1/2 yr before the actual nom. I poll actual Dem voters *in person* across 3 midwestern states several x per year, every year.

also learned a lot in Georgia from a year plus canvassing voter registration 2008 + lived in LA. I say this because the hot takes about Democrats insider fighting coming from Trump world experts is absolutely absurd.

FACT: Trump did not sign an order to deploy national guard for 1/6
FACT: Nancy Pelosi as Speaker did not stop fictional order
FACT: Speaker Pelosi does not control the national guard
FACT: Trump as President sat in dining room watching deadly attack on his country +did nothing FACT: as Trump stood down while his country was attacked, Pelosi was actively in real time trying to get executive help from governors etc to get Guard troops to the Capitol.

The thing about #HarryandMeghanNetflix outing how the media works with the royal family is that it’s similar to how some of our media works with certain favored politicians.

Whole narratives of hate and worship are crafted via access agreements. Racism and misogyny are fed to the audience by the mostly white gatekeepers. It’s really the same story in countries that were also easily manipulated around 2016 by social media interference and deliberate division.

I was right about all of my calls re where the people are right now, so I’m adding this: the revolution the media thinks is coming from the Right is actually going to come from the Left — people fed up w/ billionaires, massive income inequality, guns, bigotry + theft of freedoms. People are sick and tired of billionaires owning all media and force feeding self-serving narratives that don’t inform.

They are sick of their votes being treated like trash.

They are sick of active shooter drills in schools.

They are sick of relentless greed on their backs.

The truth about Republican leadership infighting + why they performed so badly has nothing to do with Trump.

Decade +, Republicans have been led around by conservative media figures, and so they aren’t in control. They can’t lead. They serve the extremists who run their party. Sure, Trump picked bad candidates, but so did tea party queen sarah Palin.

Guess who never took the party back? That’s right. Republican “leadership.” McConnell tries to dress it up while dancing w/ the devil, but still, in the end he kisses the ring so he can hold the ring.

All of the Mastriano signs in my neighborhood have been taken down by the homeowners.

They have conceded.

Fetterman got 35% of the vote here, which is higher than Biden (this is a ruby red area). The old Trumpers here are dying off and the votes reflect that. This county is an example of population shift accelerated by COVID and aging party base.

Republicans killed off large numbers of their base with their COVID conspiracies and partisan gap in vaccinations prices that.

Good morning from Pennsylvania where once again, I called what was going on here better than the national media.

I told you Trump wasn’t popular here, even his own supporters didn’t want him to run again + they didn’t trust Oz. 1/ I was right about Fetterman having established his brand in PA so solidly that a stroke from which he will recover wasn’t going to matter to his voters.

Republicans tried to brand him as “Bernie Sanders” which was laughable.
