Here, we used a combination of 16S and scRNA-seq to profile the respiratory microbiota in COVID-19: keep reading to learn what we found 👇🏻🧵 1/ We first profiled the upper respiratory tract of 58 COVID-19 patients admitted at @UZLeuven during the first pandemic wave.
