This is a big win! The Constitution declares that apportionment of Federal Representatives shall be based on the counting of EVERY PERSON in our country.

Any attempt to prevent individuals from being counted is unconstitutional and undermines the integrity of the #2020census. We won’t let this administration intimidate or silence immigrant communities. I was proud to pass an amendment to the #NDAA that nullified the effect of Trump’s Executive Order that requires Federal agencies to share citizenship data.
