Today’s bombshell @EdWorkforceCmte report clearly shows the moral bankruptcy of university leaders who failed to take decisive action against hostile, antisemitic agitators that terrorized Jewish and Israeli communities on campus.
@Harvard in particular went to extraordinary lengths to avoid condemning the antisemitic behavior of student groups that blamed Israel for the October 7th, 2023, attacks that claimed 1,200 lives on its soil by releasing a watered-down cowardly statement devoid of moral clarity.
Harvard’s failure to condemn Hamas’ terrorism was DELIBERATE!
Harvard’s most senior administrators, including disgraced Former President Claudine Gay and now President Alan Garber, removed language condemning Hamas’ terrorism from Harvard’s statement on the October 7th Hamas attacks against Israel and the antisemitic response from student groups!

Cuomo’s mandate that nursing homes accept COVID-19 patients disregards the case-by-case approach recommended by @CDCgov.
CDC guidance was clear: discharging #COVID19 patients should be based on the ability of the facility to meet infection control practices.

Our office is closely in touch with hospitals and county public health officials who have #COVIDー19 testing supplies, however the challenge has been the lack of labs to run these tests in a timely manner.

After several months of protests and growing violence, the people of Hong Kong were finally heard when they cast their ballots giving pro-democracy candidates a sweeping majority of 389 of 452 elected seats. This strong ember of democracy is one that we must continue to stoke.
