Suspicious that SARS-CoV-2 thrives in elevated blood sugar, I've been advising my patients to make some simple dietary changes:
1. CUT OUT SUGAR 2. AVOID PROCESSED FOOD (it's high in sugar & other unhealthy stuff) 3. REDUCE CARBS (carbs convert to sugar in the body)

Dear reasonable people,
7 years ago @lowcarbGP discovered an approach that actually helped his patients to regain their health and quality of life.
These are just some of his remarkable results👇
I can't think of any other approach that achieves this and saves the NHS £££
He has achieved this by helping people with T2 diabetes/obesity to understand that carbs are broken down into sugar which puts on weight & damages organs
He produced these sugar infographics which led to many penny drop moments helping patients to make important dietary changes
