1/ Have done plenty of large non-recourse deals with OPM (other peoples money). Those seem fairly straight forward. Spent some time recently figuring out the SBA loans for smaller #SMB deals. A thread on 7a acquisition loan learnings
2/ Max SBA 7(a) loan amount is $5M. There are tons of people that will do these loans. This seems to be bread and butter of a lot of lenders.
