t’s nearly 9 years ago since I started breastfeeding my first baby. And I have not stopped breastfeeding since.

A myth-busting 🧵 Saskia at the RUH in Bath breastfeeding her newborn baby 1. Breastfeeding is natural and therefore easy and lovely.
It is bl**dy hard and you need a lot of support from your partner as well as peer support and specialist support to navigate through any issues.
