Swindon '24 local election predictions using nothing more than numbers, polls and rudimentary modelling.

The model used is identical to the one I used last year (to great success), but with updated data.

After long consideration I have decided to leave the town I grew up in.

Unfortunately it is a town without vision and is stuck in the past. Conversations with counselors, MPs, family and friends have led to my decision to leave #Swindon.

Here are 5 reasons why. 1. #Swindon without vision

For many years the council have been focused on large scale projects such as the 'snow dome' and new homes but has failed to maintain its heritage, culture and parks.

The council and councilors have grown complacent, putting politics over the town.
