Recently, Chairman @LindseyGrahamSC and Ranking Member @SenFeinstein's bipartisan bill to keep dangerous drugs off the street passed the Senate.

The current temporary scheduling order, which keeps fentanyl-related substances illegal, is set to expire on February 6, 2020. Now, it's up to the House of Representatives to pass the bipartisan Temporary Reauthorization and Study of the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act (S. 3201).
