PA advocates claim there is an abundance of credible research, there is no shortage of research that's true, of highly questionable studies with no control groups, no objective clinical selection criteria and no systematic consideration of other reasons a child may reject a parent (see Milchman, Mercer and Drew, Barnett, Meier etc). The studies are 'methodologically weak', non random and not generalizable, unlike the ONLY study on FC outcomes by Meier, which found PA is highly gendered,
