I have received the Committee's Notice of a Hearing in the House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government for Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 9am. This hearing has been publicly noticed without a subjectmatter or witnesses. In light of this, as Ranking Member, I request you call the three individuals who have already sat for transcribed interviews with the staff of the Select Subcommittee to be witnesses at this hearing.

We are nearly a month into this new Congress and @HouseRepublicans have issued more partisan subpoenas than passed bills to create jobs, fight inflation or lower costs for American families. The conspiracy theories underpinning today’s subpoenas have been debunked with facts time and time again, but Republicans do not want to be bothered by this inconvenient truth.
