1. Medibank a Fed Govt Agency until 25-Aug-2014
Had to comply with DSD / ASD directives till then 2. Two separate breaches reported on 24-Oct (below)

a) Login credentials for admin sold

b) 200GB data exfiltrated using purchased credentials
Infer: remote admin access allowed
& Netflow alarms not triggered
