Some important information has just been brought to my attention regarding the proposed march in Luton tomorrow and the warning given for Jews to consider venturing into Luton
1/ The 'march' is now no longer a march. Under the advice of Bedfordshire police, the event will now be static with NO convoy of cars expected.

This event had nothing to do with Luton Council of Mosques but has been organised by a local group with no affiliations to the LCM

When he was asked directly if Israel has a right to exist he said “No...why, why”

Yes he says ‘ceasefire will hold for now’ but I’ve watched it twice and I can’t see where he says what headline suggests. He clearly refuses any possibility of a 2SS.

He is asked ‘if he would share the land with Israeli Jews?”

Mumbles some non-answer

His peace doesn’t involve ‘justice for Palestinians’ as per your headline

Simply put, his ‘peace’ means the destruction of Israel.

Just getting back from today’s #SolidarityWithIsrael rally. Such a wonderful atmosphere with all the speakers talking of peace.

The total opposite of yesterday’s ‘hate fest’.

Yes, we might be smaller in numbers but when it comes to message, there’s no comparison Huge thanks to Dalia, Steve, Paul at @ZionistFed for a remarkable effort. Oh my. @bbcnews have just sunk to a new all time low with their report on Bethlehem. Why is it @bbclysedoucet that Christians are fleeing the area? You seem to have forgotten to mention that Christians are being persecuted by the PA, I can’t imagine why you omitted that? As for the ‘Israelis call it a security barrier’ @bbclysedoucet, IT IS a security barrier! It has saved countless lives. Without it you’d be reporting on dead children blown up by suicide bombers.

A very personal thread but just feels like the time to say it

8 years ago when I first got heavily involved in pro-Israel advocacy following the antisemitic attacks on a local Israeli owned shop, I was often asked a single question “Why don’t you you just go and live in Israel?”

My answer was always that I would go when I choose to not because I feel like I’ve been forced to.

The response to rising Antisemitism should never be to hide our religious identity.

In Germany, a warning has been issued advising against the wearing of kippot, the Jewish skull cap, in public. This is simply unacceptable.

In response to this alarming development, German Antisemitism Commissioner Felix Klein has called on ALL Germans to don a kippot ahead of the annual anti-Israel hate fest, the ‘Al Quds Day’ rally, on Saturday.

Yesterday we saw a horrendous attack on a Synagogue in San Diego in which Lori Kaye (BDE) was senselessly murdered by a gunman and 3 others wounded. This is not the first nor sadly will it be the last attack on one of our places of worship. Shortly before y'days attack in San Diego @NudderingNudnik wrote a thread about a credible risk to his own shul here in the UK that was considered of such seriousness that the police felt the need for a high profile presence during the Shabbat service.

Last night some friends went to the Blockheads gig in Islington.

They went confident in the knowledge that antisemite Gilad Atzmon would not be appearing as advised by @IslingtonBC.

Sadly that was not the case! Atzmon dressed as Santa is still Atzmon!

They are seriously considering their options today.

Had they known that Atzmon was playing they simply would not have attended.

Last night approx. 90 people, mainly from the Jewish com. went to see a film - ‘An Israeli Love Story’ @dukesatkomedia in Brighton. What happened both outside the venue & inside left the mainly elderly audience asking if it was safe to leave once the film was finished. 1/ This was #Brighton/#Hove, a City of Sanctuary, liberal, tolerant, diverse. But not for all it’s residents! Over the last number of years we have increasingly been intimidated & bullied by those hiding behind their ‘pro-Palestinian’ agenda.
