"Are you going to take responsibility for your role in inciting insurrection?" The press enabled the storming of the Capitol because they never held GOP accountable for pushing #TheBigLie that election was stolen

If he is being genuine here, he’s an example of a normal GOPer that represents the majority that I know

The Trump/Russia scandal is worse than watergate. Watergate was one member of the Republican Party, Nixon, breaking into his rivals office & stealing documents to defeat his rival in the election Then Nixon obstructed justice, committed felonies while in office, to cover that up.

Once the truth of what happened came out the Republican Party did the right thing for the country & told Nixon they were going to hold him accountable. He resigned.
