1/X: Emil Bove Will be a Great Judge
"Criticisms from the left that Bove is unqualified are ridiculous. Despite claims to the contrary, Bove has excellent credentials. In fact, Bove’s profile is right out of central casting for an appellate judgeship during Trump’s first term."

2/X: "In a few short months, Bove has demonstrated fortitude in the face of certain hostility from Washington elites and the legal profession writ large by enforcing a robust view of the unitary executive, downsizing the bloated and overwhelmingly left-wing career staff, and eliminating diversity, equity, and inclusion at the Dept of Justice."

Another example of federal overreach under the Biden-Harris DOJ: DOJ announces on the eve of the election, without consulting with state chief election officials, that it is sending observers to 86 jurisdictions in 27 states without bothering to check what state rules are for those observers. GOP state leaders have had to remind DOJ of relevant state law re: persons allowed in polling places. 1/ 5 x.com/CivilRights/st…

BREAKING: Reports that President Joe Biden will nominate D.C. Circuit Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to fill the vacancy left by Justice Breyer's upcoming retirement from the U.S. Supreme Court. Judge Brown Jackson has also served as a judge for the U.S. District Court for D.C.
Brown Jackson has received extensive support from "dark money" groups who support radical ideas such as court packing.
.@SpeakerPelosi’s reported demand for universal vote by mail (VBM) is the hang-up on #COVID19 stimulus package. Not only is this a bad idea generally, but to rush nationwide VBM through in a huge stimulus package is a horrible idea. 1/13
Here is a tweet thread from a voting expert and a possible proponent of universal VBM who states there are “outstanding issues that absolutely must be addressed” before universal VBM adopted.”
