So, on top of the constant exhaustion and everything else that comes with #MECFS, I've figured out that I'm having anxiety attacks when trying to sleep.

Like, the fear of the dark, jolting awake, feeling like I'm about to throw up, etc.

Despite being a fan of Star Trek, I've never actually watched TOS.

I've seen every movie, and every other show, but I never got round to watching TOS.

Until today.

When we talk about Trans Genocide, this is what we are discussing.

Most people hear genocide and they immediately think of the endgame portion of it all. People being systematically slaughtered by a government/military/etc

The early stages are different
